This warranty guarantees that:
Materials are guaranteed when installed by Epoxy Pro Innovative Coatings LLC Warranty duration and applications are displayed on the Invoice/Estimate. The Concrete Coating is guaranteed against any defect of adhesion to the concrete, of delamination of the coats, or disintegration of the final coat. This guarantee applies only to the applications of the Concrete Coating and depends on the following conditions:
This guarantee does not apply to damage or scratches which are caused in the Concrete Coating by physical abuse, collapse of the structure or the concrete, by vandalism, by modification of the concrete on which the Concrete Coating is applied, by damage caused by mechanical impacts, by marks of tires, by damage caused by studded tires or any additional damage that may arise from the damage caused by the studded tires, by exposure to heat or flames, by exposure to solvent agents and acids, by nails/screws, by plant/animal life, by abrasion and/or scratches caused by elements such as rock, sand or nails/screws, by contamination or spots caused by a liquid agent, by spots of rust rising from under the Concrete Coating, by the uprising of the Concrete Coating caused by the efflorescence or crystallization of the concrete, by the fissuring of the cover caused by movement of the concrete paving stone.
The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by cracks in the concrete that arise before or after the installation of the Concrete Coating system, and which arise following a movement of the ground and the expansion/contraction of concrete. The cracks that arise following the movement of the concrete are not covered by the present guarantee, no matter if they were the object of repair during the original installation or not. A guarantee is not offered for the cracks or their repair.
The places that are repaired in accordance with this guarantee can vary in color and texture compared with the other areas that were the object of the original installation and were not repaired.
This guarantee is only effective when Epoxy Pro Innovative Coatings LLC has been completely paid for all the outstanding expenses related to this project.
